Zumba – Mondays (7:00-8:00pm)
ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and International music – dance meets fitness. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.
 
The goal is simple: Work out, love working out, achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of caloric-burning, heart-racing, muscle-pumping, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!  Zumba is a “feel-happy” workout that is great for the mind, body, and spirit. So ditch the workout and come join the party!
